Good morning Janice. I appreciate all the wonderful feedback. As far as amenities and services go, you have some really good ideas. We are limited on space, but we might be able to get creative. We do offer a complimentary shuttle service within 10 mile radius of the dealership. We also will take clients to any of the local restaurants if they choose to have lunch while they are waiting. I'm sure there are some establishments that will deliver, if the client so desires.

Good evening Ronald. We appreciate your feedback. Just so we are on the same page, the actual filter itself was $20.00. The $39.95 was labor for disassembling and removing the glove box to get to the location of the cabin filter for it to be replaced, then reinstall the glove box. So I hope you feel better knowing the cost of the actual Hyundai filter was only $2.00 more than an after market one.
