Great Service!
I was welcomed and made to feel it home at Puente Hills Hyundai. I was dreading getting my car serviced, but now I will feel relaxed when it's time for the next service. It's because they were so friendly and did such a good job

This place doesn't have enough staff to help their customers.
I was only here to change the driver's headrest and rear center console's cover, but spent more than 5 hours waiting, and I can see the technicians going back and fourth chatting with other technicians. I will not come back to this location again.

Good Service Friendly Atmosphere Hot Dogs and Popcorn!
The guys and gals at PH Hyundai are really friendly and helpful. I was a service advisor for about 35 years myself and they do it just about the way I did it and I did it right! Another thing it was about 100 degrees outside (much cooler in the customer lounge) and a guy came around with free ice cold bottled water for the customers. Outstanding. I recommend PH Hyundai to everyone.
