Service person was in a rush to get out.
Just don't get the last appointment of the day. A simple mistake because they were in a hurry to leave , made an extra trip the next day.

Hmmm?
Oil change and recall item repair. Still trying to understand why Hyundai Corporate phoned me to advise there were recall updates to be made. Uncertain why the St. Charles Hyundai did not update records to inform corporate. Disappointed the dealership did not perform a car wash and vacuum. All other dealers which have serviced this vehicle have returned it with a clean interior and exterior.

I was greeted as soon as I drove up and every employee I interacted with was very polite. The service done to my car was exactly what I needed and they didn’t try to sell me things I didn’t neex.

Be more honest about wait time
Was told I was next car in. Sat and waited an hour and seen 4 cars go in before I left. Was still hour and half after I left before got call it was done.

clean, friendly and fast
I am very pleased with my 2016 Sonata that I purchased just 2 months ago.
I have only one very small complaint.
the one tire had a very small leak when I purchased the car.
I paid for my 1st oil change and told them about the leak. they repaired it.
I left a couple of days later for a 4000 mile trip to see my son in Tucson Arizona.
I had to refill the tire on every fill up.
on the next oil change after the trip, I told them about the tire. I have now spent enough now on repairs to the same tire, that I could have bought a new tire.
the good news is , I do believe this time it has no small leaks.
