Oil change and emissions control inspection
Had both done. Schedule was accommodated to get the special oil change pricing. Missed getting the exterior wash I requested but no big deal.

Love my Tucson Night edition. Love the sales and service department at St. Charles Hyundai. Will Less gave me a value packed Tucson Night edition that contained every feature I wanted for a Great Price! Happy Hour oil changes are cheaper than the cheap lube places. St. Charles Hyundai truly combines value with service.

Why I prefer St Charles Hyundai
The service techs make you feel welcome and the are both courteous and professional. The work on my cars is always what I requested and done usually in less time than promised. Was sorry to hear that Aaron Adams is no longer a member of your sales staff. I enjoyed dealing with him, he was the reason we purchased our SantaFe Sport and came back and purchased the Tucson. He and the cars were a good fit for my wife and I.

I would buy a Hyundia again, I would NOT but a Hyundia from here again. Should not take 1 1/2 hours for an oil.change or.over 7 hours to.buy a car (both times I purchased a car from here)

Disappointed in way I was treated
This is the third vehicle I've brought in for routine care. When I wasn't interested in paying an additional $150.00 for something I've never been asked to pay, Tyler lost all interest. He didn't go over checklist. When I asked if everything ok, he said yes even though the sheet showed red for engine filter. Worst experience I've had in all the years coming there.
