Convenient location and well-staffed.
My only criticism is that the prepaid maintenance agreement had incorrectly stated the provisions of my policy. This was not the fault of Lee Johnson Hyundai of Everett. They performed the recall software update in a timely manner.

Great customer service
This is my 2nd time bringing my car in for routine maintenance here and both times I have been surprised at how great the customer service here. I purchased my Hyundai for a different dealer and had the absolute worst experience there, but Hyundai of Everett is the complete opposite. The waiting area is clean, lots of seating, free drinks and snacks. The people I spoke with went over and beyond to make sure everything I needed was taken care of. I will continue to bring my car here for all future service needs.
