This was the first time I had a bad experience. I think this is a good place to get your vechical service it just needs some improvement in certain areas.

The people are not professional
The people were rude and the service was poor. I paid to have my tires rotated and they were not balanced nor was any air put into them. The notification system on the dash was not reset and they left their personal trash in my vehicle. My interior is very light and to drink coffee or hot chocolate in it and risk dropping it is scary. When I tried to call back the cashier kept telling me to call back in ten minutes, each time that I did she was getting really worked up. I know that people are busy and that the weekend can be hecked, but their attitude was like they really didn't want to be there. I will never bring my vehicle back to that facility for anything nor would I recommend anyone. I was really disappointed especially when I had to get my tires balanced from somewhere else and pay another fee for something that your service department was already paid to do.

Service could be a tad faster. I saw my car sitting outside for at least 30 minutes before they said it was done. Not quite sure if was my vehicle. Not enough qualified mechanics to help with needs or request I have whenever I’m there. Even with previous vehicle.
