I was very satisfied with the service they provided. I took my 2012 335i to the Plano location and it was my first time. Will use they again in the future.

You never know what may happen to your car at Accel Motorwerk
We took our 2008 X5 to their Plano shop in August to replace radiator and front struct mounts. It was supposed to be one day job, but it took them 3 days. This is not a big deal compared to the surprise we had on picking up the car. After paying the bill, getting my key back and getting into my car, I saw “PARK” flag and I was not able to clear the flag even after I started engine and played with the parking brake button. The car don’t have this issue when we dropped it. They broke the parking brake and even never mentioned it to us. We walked back to their office and told them the issue. They took the car back to shop and after a while told us that parking brake actuator need be replaced and gave us a new estimate of $1722. We requested them to take the responsibility since the parking brake was fine when we dropped the car. They argued the issue is not related to their repairs and the problem can occur at any time. Of course we can’t accept this argument and demanded to talk to their owner, Austin. We waited there till their office closing and the front desk lady told us she has left message, Austin will call us in the evening. It never happened. I have called and texted Austin that evening and following days many times, but never be able to talk to him. He disappeared from this world. If anyone is still think about sending your car here for repair, please thinking about what may happen to your car here first and what kind of customer service you expect afterwards.

run run run
They are just as expensive, couple hundred dollars off dealership prices, might as well go to the dealership.

So dissatisfied
I spoke with the receptionist about getting my cat repaired in the approved time allotted by the insurance company. The time was extended due to weather and the needed more time for the paint to dry. I was not notified so I called and I specifically asked the receptionist had the insurance company been notified. She stated yes and the time is approved and if I have any problems with the rental company call her. Well of course the insurance company billed me for the extended time. I contacted Acell and rental car company. The receptionist stated it is not their responsibility if the insurance company doesn’t pay. I asked her to reach out to the insurance and she said I could reach out. I can’t request the additional day that would need to come from Accell. I contacted the owner he stated he would take care of it. I called the rental car company and they reversed the charges pending payment from Accell. Acell didn’t pay and I was billed. I will never use this company again and will not recommend you.

X3 BWM SERVICED
I highly recommend "Accel Motorwerks" in Plano , Texas I am a 1stx customer and have been serviced by a main BMW Dealer in Dallas since 2005. Using this company as a 1stx customer was the best decision I ever made. I will be back and recommend this great service to all BMW drivers...........Thanks so much Austin! your team is the best serviced at the Plano location. His history and narrative on his web site are true and accurate. The customer service was excellent also.
Kent said the employees did exactly what was asked of them with no issues and his vehicle is working as expected. The employees also communicated very well.
I always receive great service when I take my car to Accel Motorwerks. That's why I never go anywhere else. Friendly, trustworthy people, great service and reasonable prices.
