Awful experience
shop installed a faulty rack and pinyon which failed badly within days and quite possibly caused failure of pump, which failed right after that. The original part failure caused the pump to run without fluid and with air in the system. Towed back to shop twice, failed part replaced and conditioning fluid was tried but shop would not acknowledge responsibility for the original bad part may have caused pump damage and pushed the responsibility on to me. Another shop that hed referred me to Accellerate said that it is very likely the faulty part caused the subsequent problem and they should acknowledge Feels unfair. I will file a complaint with CO Attny General's Office, which collects consumer data on auto repair shops.

Oops!
I’ve taken all my vehicles to Accelerated Auto for years. This last visit there was a bit a hic-up. I had a scheduled appointment but the parts didn’t make it to them in time so I had to pick up my car and reschedule. It was inconvenient to say the least but as usual they made it right and took care of me and my car! Thanks again Joe and Ben!

They take care of you and don't lead you on
I'm really grateful to walk back in and hear that what I asked for was fixed and that is it. It's really grating when I walk back into places and they list off random stuff to make more money. These guys do not do that.

Tire pressure sensor light on Tundra
My TPMS light kept coming on after the tire shop I use replaced three sensors and reset the system three times over a three period. The tech at Accelerate Auto and Trans used the reset button on the dash and now the light is staying off after more than 50 miles. The skid plate under my engine did not want to go back on after I changed my oil myself and the tech showed me how to put it on and put the hex screws in for me. They did these things without charging me! I started coming to Accelerate last year and have always had great experiences.

Fair and Trustworthy
Accelerate built a TH350 for my C10 street rod. I made an error on installation and they fixed the issue for me on the fly at a very reasonable price. Then they recently did some maintenance on my daily driver. They gave me accurate and insightful information on the issue I was having and fixed the problem. Both trucks are now shifting smoothly. I will not take my transmission issues anywhere else.
