It Is What It Is
Given this company thousands of dollars and will not be going back.
Scheduled my appointment a week in advance in order to make sure they had everything they needed to do the job. Time comes around they said they didn’t have the right parts so instead we just went with the oil change. They changed the oil so I waited a few days because I thought they spilled a bit and it was left over on the engine but now it’s been over a week and it’s still leaking.
I have given this shop multiple great reviews and spent thousands of dollars but will no longer be going back.

First things first, Jacqueline is fantastic and very helpful. Nice addition to the team. And the tech crew as always took very good care of my wife and my cars (Jetta and Passat). The crew at ACR accurately diagnosed our issues and remedied them for a fair price. They are my preferred auto shop for good reason. Thank you all!

Extremely helpful
These guys were able to finally get the root issue with my car, after countless visits to other shops and techs. They kept me informed and updated on what the issue was, what was causing it, and the appropriate solution to get it fixed. I would recommend these guys to anyone needing specific help with their Volkswagens!
