AMAZING JOB Acutech
Took my car this morning to get service

Great Experience at Acutech
I brought my Subaru to Acutech to get two diagnostics done. They were able to quickly and accurately diagnose both issues within the same day I dropped it off and answered all my questions. I ended up having to keep it there for a couple days due to trying to figure out a plan (it was totaled and not drivable) and they were patient and generous to let me keep it there for two days until I could move it without charging me. The receptionist was helpful and answered my questions even when I called like 10 times back and forth because I was trying to figure out logistics. My parents have been going to Acutech for many years and trust them. I would definitely recommend Acutech and their knowledgeable team.

Prompt, above and beyond Service
I called in early morning because AAA said my batteries need to be checked. They accommodated me right after my call. Provided a ride to the BART so I can go to work while they check my car and got me a ride back because it was raining. I was planning to walk from the BART to their shop because I know they don’t provide shuttle service. Thank you ACUTECH for providing prompt service and going above and beyond.

Good Customer Service
This shop knows what they’re doing and informs you of everything of necessity that needs repair. No price gouging and allows usage of coupon or specials. Prices have went down a bit and now is an affordable car repair service company. Knowledgeable staff, quick car repair turnaround with confidence of good work.
