I went to AER a long time ago when they were behind Costco and had the best experience with them, they WERE super friendly and honest. I haven’t needed car repairs in years but always recommended them to everyone of my family and friends for years.
My husband recently needed his truck fixed and we took it there, they fixed it but the customer service is the worst I have ever experienced.
We dropped it off and don’t hear back for days I finally called and no one answered I left 3 voicemails over the course of 4 hours while they were open and finally got a call back immediately after I said I was going to stop by and check on the truck..this went on again when we tried finding out when we can pick up the truck. Then they told us they would order a key fab for us and give us a call when it came in. I waited a MONTH. Tried calling and same thing, no one answers, no one calls back, I left voicemails. Finally the lady called back told me she would check on it and call me again...surprise she didn’t. I called the next day and left a voicemail in the morning..they are closed now and not surprisingly I received no call back. They need a receptionist clearly because the lady doesn’t know how to answer a phone or return a call. Horrible way to run a business apparently they don’t need anymore because I will never recommend this place to anyone again.

The worst customer service I have ever experienced.

Catherine said the business always makes sure she understands what they are doing without charging her an arm and a leg. She really enjoys the people.

They fix the problem
My Mini Cooper has leaked a little coolant in the past and it turns out that the problem diagnosed in the past - water pump - wasn't the problem. It was some o ring seals. Rob did a great job fixing this. Thanks.
We have always trusted the staff at AER. Will recommend AER to all of our friends and family. Thanks Rob and Denise for taking such good care of us.
