I wanted to allow some time to pass as my team worked with you this week to confirm that, in fact, we have seperate issues going on here from what you initially brought your vehicle in to have us inspect (damage from sliding on ice).
Once we have completed our repairs, our technicians have a series of Quality Control steps that are conducted to confirm the corrections as well as make sure your car is 100% ready to return to you. This includes test drives, scans of the computers, etc. At the time of completing your intial service, the vehicle did not alert us of any further items to address.
With the subsequent visits to our facility, we have confirmed that your truck was providing new conditions that were not intially presented, therefore we charged diagnostics, confirmed needed items, and made replacements of parts and labor accordingly.
We understand the feeling you have that it all appears to be related to the initial visit and the idea that we did not fully assess things. However that has not been the case as we have confirmed and our team has made sure to keep you completely informed each step of the way.
In speaking with my service manager, it sounds like the air is now cleared and we are back on the same page.
