Awesome service, it just takes too long
Great customer service and great work on the car, but the timeframe to get the work done is too long. I really love how they sent me a weekly text to let me know where they were in the process.

When I left there I was completely satisfied.
I had.the best experience with Akiki. They kept me updated on the progress of the body repair. When I went to pick it up I was was so thrilled at the final product. It was like the day I piked her up from the dealer which was very recent. On the whole.my experience with Akiki was great.

Took to long
My only problem with this process is that it took toooooo long to complete the project. I could be wrong 4 weeks to complete a $3200 job is a long time.

Akiki is Amazing
Our car was rear-ended by a lead-footed teen who hit us while standing still at a stoplight. Our car was there nearly 2-1/2 months because USAA was slow with payment. When we got the car back it looked showroom new. We cannot recommend Akiki enough. Cannot. The customer care from Mike Niles, Sakoya Bennett and Sam were extraordinary (and I'm not an 'easy to please' human! They called with updates on Tuesdays and Thursdays so we always knew where things were at with respect to progress made. Just a gem of a place!!!!
