Help! Dead battery!
I discovered my Jeep Overland had a dead battery and I had no choice but to call a tow company. After talking to Jim Albrecht, he drove to my house with a replacement battery enabling me to avoid an expensive tow! Now that is hometown service! Albrect’s Auto has always given me prime service many, many years. I highly recommend them!

"Could you just check the tires..."
I didn't know if my once smooth ride was bumpy because of Winter ravages of our roads, or if something was wrong with my tires. I'd checked the pressures, and all seemed to be fine.
So I called Christie and asked to schedule an apointment. She got me in within a few days, and I was in and out in less than a half hour. Jim assured me that the tires were fine and they'd also checked the "front end", nothing looked out of order there either. Great, reliable service; especiallly important to widows of a certain age.

New brakes
The wife is concerned about the left front squeaking. I told her it just needs to breat in. Give it a week. Hope I'm right. I'm from the brake shoe era. Brake pads did not exist.

Jim and his team always do a great job.
Had 4 tires that I bought balanced and installed. I was thinking that they would perform an alignment, but they didn't because I didn't ask for it. Christi the women taking the reservation said that I needed to ask for it when I picked up the car. I would recommend that she ask her customers who are getting tires if they would like an alignment. I think this would drive more business for them.

Awesome service from top to bottom!
It was my first time bringing my car to Albrechts and they were excellent from the start. I was able to get an appointment within a few days and the mechanic was very nice and even explained to me what was going on with the part by showing me on my car what the issues was. Excellent service all around and very friendly people!
