Excellent Customer Service/Communication
I have been to Alfaro’s a few times. I have always been impressed by the communication and knowledge by the ladies at the front desk. They are able to explain what needs done, and why and with a very pleasant, professional and friendly style.
I haven’t had to interact with Mechanics at this point. And, I’ve never had to return my vehicle after service, which leads me to conclude they are very capable.
I plan to continue to take my vehicles to Alfaro’s Service Center as they are excellent.

More than our mechanic.
We had to take our old minivan in for warning system lights. We are thinking of selling and needed some questions answered. Everyone at Alfaro’s is so helpful- Crystal and Angie and all the mechanics. Thank you so much!!!! Alfaro’s is the best!

Service work on Motorhome
Had my motorhome in Florida then back to Pennsylvania where the temperature was below freezing. Alfaros had my motorhome winterized and the protective cover on the very next day. Great service and price !
