Quick and easy, unfortunately failed the inspection but that was due to some recent maintenance. They took the time to explain why and clarified my options to get another inspection done. Will definitely be back again and highly recommend! Thanks guys!

Always Fair
I read about Allen Automotive on Next Door, so I decided to try them out when our Hyundai’s check engine light came on a couple of years ago. They are professional, knowledgeable and always fair in their pricing. This visit, my Murano check engine light was on. This time I made an appointment, I recommend it. My car was checked out the morning of my appointment, I was called with diagnoses, approved and was ready in 2 hours at a fair cost. The issue could have been a lot bigger, but these guys never do unnecessary repairs. I was told after repair, to drive a few hundred miles, if a potential additional problem occurred, THEN they would perform a second repair, but they didn’t anticipate anymore issues!

10 years, 4 different cars, and I've never been let down.
We've lived in Allen for 15 years, amd ten of those we've onky used Allen Automotive and never once have they disappointed us. The first five years we wasted time and money using other "mechanics" in the area. Always fair on pricing, always honest about their turn around times (they do not rush their work, and the quality shows), and they've been fully transparent when they run into a problem.

Being a car guy it's nice to find a shop that doesn't talk down to you and doesn't treat you like your stupid. They are straight forward honest. Huge thank you to Chuck for taking care of our truck.

Mom's CRV
My mom's car was making a huge rattling noise underneath the hood by her gas pedal turns out it was really bad and they figured it out and turn around was same day. That doesn't always happen but it was amazing that they could do that and she is a very happy customer now two. Chuck is always on point for us! Kendra was really patient with us too!
