Great and honest service.
My wife’s car had an awful oil leak. Couldn’t be driven far. Took it the car to another shop and they quoted $3700 to fix the leak. Went to Allstar for a second opinion. Took a while to diagnose the actual cause but they found it and repaired it for $500. The leak would not have been fixed after the other shop had done $3700 worth of work. It’s incredibly hard to find honest auto repair these days. In my opinion these guys are honest and thorough. They will be getting my business in the future!

Damaged my ac condenser while servicing vehicle!!
Over the past 5 months i have spent over 5k on services at all star auto in LP. Last week i had them replace an alternator in my Hyundai, which recently had many repairs done by them. I pick my car up and there was more lights on the dash ive never seen before. the next morning on my way to work i noticed the ac wasnt blowing cold.I called Erin. She said bring it in Monday. I did but she wasnt there. After the owner Wade looked at it he noticed there was a hole in the ac condenser that caused all the refrigerant to leak out. Quoted me $600 to fix!!!!! Ac was working perfectly when i brought the car in for work. The guy told me its because it had been in an accident before, which makes zero sense, since it had been working great all summer long until the day after i get my car back from them. Alternator replacement 2005 Hyundai $675. Its a shame they wont honor the fact that they broke the condenser, because i liked the people there, and would have brought my vehicle back even though they are super expensive.

Never ever trust your vehicle to these people they are big shysters he will take your money and not honor his word dishonest people

Oil change
They always do a great job. However, my wife’s car engine light is now on which was not the case before I brought the car in for service. Will havetake another appointment to figure out what’s going on.

Hey John your wife stopped by and the car had a code for a very small vapor leak , could be the gas cap a little loose . We cleared it and if it comes back we will need to do further tests . Sorry about not reseting the oil service light .

I AM sorry you are not happy , But when you dropped your car off on Friday  I told you we could  not get to it right away . We are closed Saturday and Sunday . when we scanned the car and  drove it several times it ran OK .  So if it doesn't show a fault  when here unfortunately  there isn't much we can do so we gave it back on Monday .
