So so
I feel like I was overcharged for car parts. The labor charge not too bad but the parts charge made up for it and they got my car back to me in the same day which was the best part.

Almar is the best!
Our family has all of our vehicles serviced at Almar and have done so for years. They are always fair and do excellent work, and most importantly, they stand behind their work. They don't "find" problems to fix like some shops do. They are honest and thorough. Can't recommend them enough!

An awesome experience!
Their assessment of my vehicle was honest, but fair. I was given the information I needed to make the best decision for me, without feeling I was being haggled. Beyond that, the customer service was excellent. Frank, specifically, but his attitude set the tone among the entire staff. I actually enjoyed sitting in the waiting room, if you can believe that!

Top notch service
I couldn’t be happier with my recent service. I had been misled and overcharged by my dealership for an issue it turns out I didn’t even have once the team at Almar looked at my car. Frank and his team were extremely kind and welcoming, and they are honest and efficient. They kept me updated the whole time and told me exactly what was and wasn’t wrong with my car based on what I had previously been told, where my dealership wouldn’t provide any further detail in an effort to get more money out of me. As a woman, I feel this unfortunately happens frequently and I know I can trust and come back to Almar for any future needs and be well taken care of. Highly recommend!

diagnostic work they did. They made a very quick assessment that the problem was caused by the last company that worked on my car and told me that I needed to return it to them and they should correct the problem. I did just that and they did resolve the issue.
