Incompetent Mechanics
My name is Jamia Jones.
I paid and expected to receive an oil change for my car on Oct 17, 2020 to my 2017 Hyundai Elantra. However this did not happen. The cap was not tightened on my car by the incompetent “mechanics” that are employed there. This caused all of the oil to leak out onto the ground and under my car hood, resulting in my engine being shot. In the middle of me driving my car stopped in the middle of the highway. My car was making a very loud and annoying noise. This was confirmed by Jiffy Lube. Where I had to pay for another oil change due to the oil leaking out and my car completely stopping. The following Monday, this was confirmed by Almost Auto Service that there was an error on their end and they put a rebuilt engine in my car. This still did not solve the issue, today Feb 2, 2022 my check engine light is still on, and my car is still shaking.
When i brought my car it was brand new with ZERO miles on it. Also, the owner Sonny won’t even look me in the eyes when speaking to me, because he knows this was an error on his end. Do not let these people under your hood, they can not be trusted. Definitely considering legal action upon this company.
No more games and I’m done being nice.
And I will absolutely not remove my review until you fix my engine CORRECTLY, or reimburse me for the engine you screwed up originally.

Came in to have my breaks checked. Got it looked at and tested, within 5 minutes. Great customer service, everyone was friendly. Overall 10/10 recommend, and definitely gonna be coming back

My car was acting up and I was told to take it to Sonny. While he was unable to fix the problem, it did not cost me a dime. He explained in detail what my options in terms someone with little car knowledge could understand.

Top notch Service
These guys are absolutely amazing. I brought my 2008 Jeep Wrangler JK to their shop to have a lift kit installed along with some exterior accessories (Front and back bumper, fender flares, headlights /fog lights, tire and rims)..And my vehicle has taken on a completely new look that has gotten nothing but accolades and complements. The prices are extremely fair and the quality of work is very professional. I definitely recommend their business and services.

Found an honest Honda/ Acura place to work on my car!!
My friend and I were stranded here, meeting in the parking lot for something else, and her car (an Acura) wouldn't start. A really convenient place for your car to break down.... Sonny, the GM came out and asked us if everything was okay. He popped her hood and knew right away, "This is a common problem with Honda's/ Acura's" and fixed in seconds what we thought meant a whole battery replacement. I had been looking for a non-dealership place to work on my Honda, and found an honest place by luck!! :D
