Awful
I wanted to give no stars. Brand new to the area. Garage is around the corner from my house. Dropped my car off Monday. Its now Friday. Car needed an oil plug a gasket and it had a check engine light. Also asked for a tire rotation after I'd dropped it off. In 5 days, I haven't received a single phone call from anyone at the garage. Every time I've called, Brett or someone else says they're going to call me back and never do. When I eventually get frustrated and call them back (I've made 2 phone calls in 5 days, one on the third day, one the fifth day) I never get any usable information and they say they'll call me back. (They never do) I also asked them to rotate my tires, but I doubt that happened seeing it took 5 days to obtain a drain plug. Maybe if anyone from the garage had made an attempt at contacting me even once throughout the week, I may have understood. Things get busy. I get it. But never again....... worst service from a garage I've ever had. No communication. No sense of urgency.
