Great Service

First time visit
Love the folks here! Love the facility: great waiting area! The price for my service was reasonable. Took about an hour and a half for an oil change, though, which was twice as long as expected. I will definitely be returning/referring, though! I'll just be sure to set aside the right amount of time. Thank you!

My business with Antioch Automotive
I couldn’t be happier for finding Antioch Automotive!! These mechanics know what they’re doing, and they do it well -
and for a fair price! They explain each part that wasn’t working, and how it may have gotten that way, and how much it will cost - so no surprises! Even the staff inside are very friendly and thoughtful - especially Elizabeth.
I mainly dealt with TJ or Jim , who are the mechanics, and that’s when it’s all explained to you and a ballpark figure until they really get under the car to find the issue! I just picked up my car, and couldn’t help myself from staying in there and blabbing with Elizabeth about movies, etc. That’s what I mean - after awhile you feel like you’re friends ! So,!f you find yourself with an issue with your car - call Antioch Automotive first and you won’t be sorry!!

Your partner in car care
The best by far. No fluff. No job to tuff. TJ, Jim and their teams, (not overlooking the sharp professional office staff and towing side of the business) know what they’re doing. And they take the time to know what your needs are for your vehicle. I think this is where they excel over any other shop and become your partner in vehicle care. They work hard and earn your trust every job. I’ve never felt pressured or sold and their rates are incredibly fair. My daily has 235,000 miles. I bought it w 113k. Had original plugs and I opted to change them but hadn’t yet begun my relationship with AA (sounds weird to say that in a car sense 🤣) I found a friend who’s brother worked on cars on the side, he charged me (6 years ago) as much as AA did recently, 120,000 miles later. And turns out he didn’t even do it right. God bless Subaru engineers. But more importantly, Jim gave me a plethora of options knowing the mileage and value of the car. They did it right and Subie runs like a champ. Almost a year later. I travel and trust that if they have vehicle issues, they take them to AA and I don’t worry.

Thank you for being one of the last stands for fairness and truth in the automotive world

Alignment of 2014 jetta
Vortic worked on my car and ran into some issues with the right front camber falling into place. He was able to perform some modifications to the upper strut tower and everything worked out great! Thank you for your persistence and completing the work in a timely manner.
