Overall experience with the Service Department has greatly improved.
Was able to get my vehicle in for an oil change quickly. In the past, it was taking upwards of a month to get an appointment. We were not going to be able to pick the vehicle up till the next day and they sent a lyft for my husband. They went above and beyond. Definitely, the level of service has greatly improved. Keep up the great work.

Should be 0 stars - Horrible service
My door handle button stoped working and when they replaced it, the handle was the wrong color. I’ve been trying to get in to get it fixed. Hyundia said their painter only paints when it’s sunny out so I would have to wait for a sunny day. I wrote a review on my bad service and horrible experiences at Hyundia they called me to schedule a day to fix my handle and asked me to write a nice review in return. I changed my review and it’s been 4 months I have yet to hear from Hyundia on fixing my door handle. Worst service ever. I don’t not recommend to anyone! DO NOT BUY A HYUNDIA!

Recall repair
The overall experience with check in for my appointment was excellent. The service advisor was courteous and answered all my questions. The recall was taken care of in a timely manner. My only concern was that I had to wait 3 months to get in and I would not want to wait that long for a break down repair in the future. I don't have experience with that yet but hope it wouldn't take that long to get in if needed.

Excellent Service
My service experience, overall, was excellent. Scheduling was easy, and your representative was thoughtful re: scheduling two minor recalls as well. I was welcomed on time and the service was completely quickly. My only complaint is the car was not washed prior to being returned to me.

My car was Stolen
I had my Stolen car that had been recovered towed into Arapahoe Hyundai and was after hours. The next day it was already snowing they had my broker window covered before I even I called in. They gave my a $ amount to have car repaired but insurance company was not calling me back. The car sat on their lot for a month before my insurance decided to Total it out. Arapahoe was patient, kind and put up with my insurance unprofessional.
