Abby said Ted was super nice, he didn't use all the hours for labor so he lowered the price for her. When getting the diagnosis she felt she was getting less than what she thought she would and when she went to ask about parts and how long it would take, the information they gave her was lacking. Because she didn't know a lot about vehicles she felt she needed a more in depth explanation on things. She would recommend them to people who know about vehicles.
