Inspection & Oil change
Had inspection and oil/filter change done. The crew also found a few other things that needed to be done that were necessary to ensure that breakdowns would not occur. All work was done professionally and in a timely manner. Will definitely return for all my auto needs.

Great experience in an unhappy situation
Car towed to Arties after hitting a Phila. pothole and breaking 2 tires.
Staff were very very helpful and thorough in their assessment and repair. As in a few past contacts with Arties, I was completely satisfied.

Great and timely service, on a serious auto issue
Wonderful team....brought my CRV in with "grinding" sound and they diagnosed right away, did repair same day (without an appt!), and all with smiles, helpful attitudes...they are the Best😊

Always great service
Had my car inspected and much to my delight they were also able to clean my very foggy headlights. This is a great service as all store bought products didn't last very long.

It was routine maintenance, but done well and on time.
It was just an oil change, so I waited for it to be done. It was done quickly and the staff at Arties is great: very nice guys who are easy to deal with.

Awesome service
From the front to the back … awesome shop! I’ve had to get extensive work on my car due to long wear and tear this past year and the entire experience was great ! The guys at the front are patient and educated in their field answered any and all questions about my service and never pushy with anything . I needed to break the work I needed in 3 visits and they worked with me. They also provided transportation (my job was very close to the shop ) to my job to help accommodate my schedule. The mechanic working on my car came and discussed his findings and concerns which made any doubt I have dissipate. Please don’t hesitate to see for yourself

Good service on time as arranged.
Friendly punctual service. Prices a bit high it seemed, but probably the result of the times. Tire prices have shot up and so has labor to exchange them. State inspection was otherwise straight forward and in good time. Oil prices high too, with an oil and filter change not just $49 anymore. Service was fine.
