According to our records, we worked on your vehicle once in January 2024 - is that the service you're referring to? At that time, you requested we advise if an alignment was needed due to the fact that your vehicle was pulling slightly to the right. We confirmed your concern and made several alignment-related recommendations including replacing three tires, repairing the seized emergency brake lever and adjusting the gear box as well as an alignment after all repairs were complete. You decided just to replace the three tires and not proceed with the other repairs or the alignment. Please be assured, we have state of the art equipment that ensures tires are balanced to specifications. And if the tires were not balanced properly, you would have experienced vibration right after you picked the vehicle up from us. Regarding the rear shocks, if they were not working properly while the vehicle was here, we would have noticed that during our test drive (vehicle would have been bouncing) and/or during our PA inspection (leaking shocks fail inspection). If you wouldn't mind giving us a call so we can better understand the situation, we would greatly appreciate it.
