Eddie, thank you for taking the time to provide us with your feedback. We strive to provide a positive experience for each and every customer. First, I understand how a breakdown in communication can lead to frustration and disappointment and as a business we will make a point to continuously improve in this area to insure effective communications is in place. Unfortunately, delays in receiving ordered parts or defective parts led to needing us to keep the vehicle longer than we had originally anticipated. When these issues arise we like to provide our customer with an option to utilize one of our loaner cars at no additional cost. I hope this service helped minimize some of the inconvenience for you. Second, it is best practice within our business to provide our customers with an estimate before continuing with any repair. This was implemented after providing the initial diagnostics of the check engine light, and other inspections. This gives our customers the opportunity to provide us with their permission on certain repairs and costs.
