I have purchased three cars from this dealership and until now, I have been happy with the service and the sales representatives. When I purchased my Tuscon, I was continuously told it was a "new" car despite having 3,000 miles on it. The paperwork says "new", but they took money off the price for the miles. At the time of the sale, I was told that I would still be a member of the loyalty program. When I scheduled my first oil change, the service department told me I did not qualify for free oil changes because the car was not "new". Jerry, the sales person, was rude and basically called me a liar when I asked him about it. Even the service department has gone downhill. I will never buy another car from this dealership.
Before this experience, I recommended this dealership to several people who bought cars from them.
