JC said there seemed like there wasn't a lot of communication when he was in store. This was his first visit and there was some confusion on instructions. He did not know the policies on where to leave his vehicle.
It was a nightmare of an experience. We have used you guys in the past and we're very satisfied and loved Tracy. She had great customer service and extremely friendly and helpful. Our dealings with Trina have been confrontational, always felt like I was bothering her, poor customer service and lack of any excitement even when she answers the phone. I had worked completed there and I returned it to have it looked at and they wanted to charge me $38 for bolts after the tire flew off when I 35. Disagreed that we should pay $38 for the 5 bolts because it didn't anchor the tire and it flew off on the highway and could have lost control of the car or even gotten hurt. I was lucky no harm came to me or the car. Even the police officer was shocked that I controlled the car. So to come after me for 38 lousy dollars after the previous work obviously didn't fix the problem was unacceptable. And she said no money no keys! I even called the police on her for not handing me the keys. But they said she didn't do anything unlawful just immoral. As I said I thought it was horrible customer service over $38 seeing all that I went through from that experience. I was quite shaken by it, when the police officer showed up he even said how are you able to keep control of your car. he was blown away that's so little damage came to the car and that I wasn't harmed. I'm happy to send a police report & towing report. I also told discount tire my experience and they said they will not be sending anybody to you in the future. they also noticed there's been a change over there.
They gave my car an alignment and then refused to charge for it because it didn't fully solve the steering problem. It turned out that a tie-rod replacement was required. They notified me and then made the repair quickly. The car drives great!
Great experience yesterday working with Tyrone. I thought I had a bigger problem but he inspected my car and ensured me that the problem was fairly minor. It’s great to find an honest mechanic...I’ll be going back in the future.
