They noted the transmission issue should be under warranty and helped me get the car to the dealer. They could have just fixed themselves and made a ton of money, but they had my best interest in mind. This is why I trust them.

Punctured Tire

I ran over a piece of metal and punctured my right front tire. Immediately lost significant air in said tire. Not sure on what to do, I ended up driving to Auto Excellence which was about two miles away. Without hesitation my car was taken into the garage and the tire was fixed in about 30 minutes. Amazed that they took my car in right away and did not try to sell me a replacement. Everyone one was so kind and professional. I would not hesitate to go there again and I will definitely recommend them to my friends and family.

Outstanding Service

A few years ago, the mechanics I had used to service my cars for 20 plus years decided to retire. I began to research other shops in town hoping to find one that was knowledgeable, friendly and honest. After studying my options I decided on Auto Excellence. It was one of the best decisions I’ve ever made for myself and my cars. A few months ago while conducting some regular maintenance on one of my vehicles they found an antifreeze leak. Instead of quoting me a price they suggested I talk with dealer where I bought the car as it may be under warranty. It turned out they were right. It was under warranty and I truly appreciated their honesty. Another time, I had an oil change appointment scheduled for about a week out. However, because of a death in the family, I had to travel to a city about 250 miles away which would mean I would go way past my recommended oil change mileage. I asked them if I could get in sooner, and even though they were booked solid, they told me to bring in my car and they would take care of it. They went above and beyond and I really appreciated it. I would strongly recommend Auto Excellence to anyone. Period!
