Goodyear to the rescue!
I was driving and had a flat. I happened to see the Goodyear and desperately pulled in. It was around 6:30 PM after closing time on a Saturday, but they hadn’t completely locked up yet. I am an older adult woman and I was by myself. Martin was the only mechanic left and he was about to go home. But he instead took the time to plug up the flat. He found what looked to be a two inch nail in the tire. I couldn’t thank him enough. The good Lord rescued me through Martin’s kindness. Blessings to Martin and to Auto Masters Goodyear on 8 Mile Rd in Eastpointe Michigan!

Tony makes a difference
Always thought Tony was a good person that cared about not just my car, but me too. He is sincere and but works to satisfy me and how much I pay to fix my car. Loves find ways to save me money and let's me know, up front, whatt my car need done.

Definitely overcharge for their services!
I took my vehicle to this location for a repair. And the way that I receive my vehicle back was not the way that it was left with this service location. I am very dissatisfied with the service and the way the things were handled at the end of the day. This location has very poor customer service in my opinion as a customer that cares about their car and the condition that you receive your vehicle back after having service done to it and paying for a overpriced service $$$$$!

ALL OF THE STAFF IS EXTREMELY NICE AND HARD WORKING
I Appreciate the time and dedication they took out of their day to work on my car. They did it all in a timely manner and made my car run and sound smooth like how it did when I first got it …They also help out with different options on paying your car if you are in need of that area. If you’re someone in need of car work ask for Steve he will get you set up *Hes great with communication* I’ll be back for more work and I’m glad I went to them.

Excellent service all around
I left home today n didn't notice my tire was low. Driving down the street n a guy on next car told me ur tire is low. So I went directly to you guys. Never been to you before. Anyways, you fixed my tire n had me ready to go in less than 1 hour
