Follow up
This shop will not respond to me so I have no choice. After 2 visits for a seemingly simple repair, the mechanic became rude and irate when I questioned the process. He refused me service even after I told him that my car was unsafe to drive. The suspension suddenly went from perfect to not drivable overnight. I know their response will be "we never touched the suspension". This is a pattern and common response for ARS. (read other comments). A reputable mechanic told me it is possible to wreck shocks without touching them. ARS will not defend their position because they know it's a valid assessment. The bottom line is I took a great car to ARS and now that car is being donated.
