Pedro said he had a bad experience with the owner. The owner said he fixed the vehicle with a used part, told Pedro he used a new part, and that was a lie. Pedro asked for a new part, not a used part. Pedro got the report to show it was a used part. He paid for a new part and was given a used part. The vehicle is still not working and the customer service is super bad. The owner is nice the first time, but after that he is not nice. Pedro paid a lot in cash and the vehicle still didn't get fixed. He stated the owner only asks for cash for a reason, because he doesn't do the work and he doesn't have to give the cash back when asked for a refund. Later the owner called the police on the customer.
