Honesty! How refreshing!
I took my car in to get new rear brakes. It was discovered that the dealership had lied to me about needing new brakes. Autotech was very professional and let me know that my brakes were more than adequate and did not require any replacement. Jim, the manager there, was fantastic! I will definitely go back.

Wheel bearing
Told them my front passenger wheel bearing went out the took .y truck and took both wheels and bearings off ( only needed the one ) told me they had to order new spindle for truck but I guess ended up getting used one and charged same price and 2 days later in my driveway fixing their mishaps.

Going the Extra Mile
As always, the work was well and quickly done. The employees are extremely kind, personable and professional. Jim went the extra mile to make sure that nothing was drawing on my battery; when he couldn’t find a source, he replaced the battery that was still under warranty, thereby making me feel more secure about driving my car that had to be jumped three times in the past five weeks. I am very grateful for his efforts.

Vehicle would not start
My 2003 Ford Excursion would not turn over or start. I had it towed to Auto Tech Plaza on Sunday. By Tuesday Morning they had the problem diagnosed and repaired. They diagnosed the problem as the Fuel Pump Assembly with Sending Unit had failed, The car now runs as if it was new.

These guys are pretty good at what they do. The most important thing i think is customer service and i feel as though these guys have pretty good attitudes everytime i come in.
