Excellent service
Had a flat tire, they inflated and mounted it without charge. I could drive to the nearest tire shop and get a new one. Very courteous and respectful.

Excellent Service with a Smile
When my vehicle broke down, I had it towed to Autopro. I called them and was able to drop the key off in their after-hours drop box. They got working on it as soon as possible and kept me informed of the status.

The staff is always friendly and helpful. They do quality work at a reasonable price. I highly recommend Autopro. Several times my vehicle has had problems and they always have diagnosed and solved the problem in a timely manner. It is difficult to find quality service these days. I am very happy that I have found Autopro and recommend them to anyone needing auto repair.

Oil change
Came in for an oil change and they took a short amount of time to get it done and looked at all the little details such as seeing my tires were overinflated and corrected that. Also made recommendations on things to watch out for without claiming a bunch of things needed fixed. They operate with integrity!

Rude, disrespectful service manager
The service manager was very insensitive, rude and unprofessional. They broke the air vent lever and refuse to talk about the part that they broke. I went for a repair and nothing else . They turned on the heater on full blast with a temperature of 84. Turned off all my settings and broke the vent knob to turn the vents, it was on the floor when I got in my truck. The service person (Tim) was so arrogant and unprofessional. I have sent five people to this shop. However, I wouldn't recommend anyone else. They inspected the truck trying to find something else to fix. I only ask them to repair the passenger side window . I am not understanding how he can live with his actions.
