Competent and friendly service
I have had Autoworks of Charleston as my mechanic for three years, under the old and new managements. I always have felt any problem our cars had was accurately diagnosed and competently fixed. They are pleasant and easy to deal with. I wish everything in my life worked as well.

Rick and Jen are awesome! Called for a brake pad replacement and they were on it right away. Got me the best price and into the shop quickly. Performed an oil cha tat the same time and I was out of there before I knew it! They always do a great job and I know I can trust them to be honest and fair with me.

My car’s ac was not cooling. Luckily they were able to take a look at my car and replaced the compressor. My car is 13 yo and my first real issue. Employees were friendly and very accommodating. I will take my car back. Plus very convenient- on my way to work.
