Always positive. There is a comfortable waiting area when you wait for your car.
They are the best auto shop in the valley. The service is outstanding.They take time to engage and listen to you regarding your vehicle issues.They keep you informed on the repairs and ensure your vehicle is safe. Great place to take your vehicle .

Best mechanic shop in town!
Dave and his crew are the absolute best in Phoenix. Dave and Ryan are honest, and straight to the point about what needs to be fixed/ replaced. There’s no BS at this shop. Dave, your shop is hands down the best in Arizona. You will forever have my business for years to come.

Trust worthy
I have found Dave at AZ Auto Tech to be very Professional & honest with fair pricing. He doesn't try to sell you services that you really don't need. I once took my wife's car to a tire store to replace some front tires & do vehicle repair. They also said the front brakes needed to be and gave me a written estimate of what needed to be replaced totaling over $1400. I took the car to Dave & had him check the brakes & he said they didn't need to be done yet & he would recheck them when brought back to change the oil. When he finally did the brakes he charged a thousand dollars LESS than what the other place would have charged me. I will only have Dave work on my vehicles.

Dave and his mechanics are so honest and do a fantastic job in keeping our cars running. They never upsell any services that aren’t necessary. We have been going to AZ Auto for years and wouldn’t go anywhere else.

Always quick and helpful
I've never had a bad experience taking my cars to AZ Auto Tech. Everyone is always very nice and they take the time to explain what is going on with the car. I appreciate how flexible they are as well, letting me drop off my car for the day so they can fit me in if they have time for last minute repairs.
