Oil change
As always, I take my car in for its oil change they check filters, air in the tires, very efficient in and out in 40 minutes. Great place to take your car for any kind of work or maintenance.

Transmission
I was having transmission problems and they told me exactly what was wrong with it. They contacted me with the price, how they would fix it and when it would be ready before they actually did anything, which I really appreciated. They fixed it quickly and now it runs great! I had been going to someone else for my car needs but I am definitely switching to them from now on!

I have been using B&H since I’ve moved to Gladstone from NJ around four years ago. As a widow, it was important to me to find a reliable automotive repair shop that I could trust. I feel very comfortable with their service and never feel like they are “trying” to find things wrong with my vehicle and are honest about what needs to be completed. Their customer service is always top notch. I am very thankful for them.

Rude to my daughter
I hate to give a poor review, but I set up an appointment for my daughter, and one of the older mechanics spoke rudely to my daughter.

I’ve enjoyed the service in the past, but I’m tempted to look elsewhere now
