Excellent service - must read below!
We've been using B&H Automotive for over 10 years. They are honest, ethical, hardworking, and fix your vehicle for a reasonable price.
Our recent visit to B&H came after a visit to a local Ford dealership, who, after running diagnostics on my car, indicated that coolant was leaking into my engine and concluded that I would need a new engine at a cost of over $11,000.
B&H ran their own diagnostics and said the coolant was losing pressure (but not leaking into the engine), which was caused by a leaking water hose. They replaced the water hose, a Ford-only part, retested everything - the engine was running smoothly again.
So, instead of paying over $11,000 for a replacement engine, I paid just over $500 to B&H - a cost saving of over $10,500. Our kudos to B&H and all of their staff!

Replaced valve cover gasket and some other engines on 2015 Subaru Outback
My family has been taking our cars to B&H for over 30 years. The original owner Mark Bossert passed away a few years ago but his son Brendan is an excellent mechanic, just like his dad. Brendan, along with Dave & Cole continue to provide high quality auto service to the Gladstone area at a fair price. They may not be the cheapest but you definitely get what you pay for. Highly recommend.

Disappointed for the first time ever
Same great management! Technicians, not so much! Multiple return visits. My opinion is that failure to properly torque a component is the likely cause to a new problem which appears costly.
