Jeremy and crew took the time to listen to my specific needs for the car, and responded with insightful assessment of the vehicle's needs as it went over 90,000 miles. Everything I asked for and needed was done on time and within budget. Excellent communication all the way, Highly recommended for Volvo owners, especially if you're done with dealership overhead.

Awesome experience
Best shop for Volvos in Denver. Price for changing a cabin filter was quoted at $160. Took 15 minutes to do it myself for $40.

This was my first time to Baker Garage / Volvo Specialists, and they were efficient, helpful and ethical. They will treat you will, fix what you need, and not try to oversell things you don't need. Highly recommend!

Not good
Three times you said it would be ready and it wasn’t. First Thursday, you apologized and said Friday, no call to say what’s up, Had to pick up on Monday. That was an entire week with the car. Right front lug nut covers missing.
Five chrome lug nut covers from Dealer 63.00 dollars!

Personal service at a great price
Baker was great to work with! My AC had gone out on my XC90 for the second time in the last 6 months and the dealership was quoting a really high price to diagnose the issue and fix it. I decided to call a few other specialty shops and Baker answered all my questions and was the most accommodating and saved me $100s, maybe even ore than $1000!

Awesome guys
I had my taxe serviced there for an alignment, and they helped me look at some other issues with the suspension. Great communication and I will keep going back
