Douglas Collision Barefoot Auto Services on Hwy 98 N in Lakeland is a five-star customer care team
Starting with Tim who greeted me in the office on both my visits so far. My first visit was about 3 months ago. Tim diagnosed my issue as a cosmetic issue that he was able to fix immediately. Today I went in with a battery issue. Mike and his team handle my battery issue by recommending and installing the battery that is best for my car. I appreciate the fact that he spent most of the time educating me on my options and did not try to over sale. In addition, they went above and beyond and tested my other systems to make sure that they were performing at their peak. See you all in a couple of months for my next oil change.
