Less expensive and fast!
I got competitive quotes from 3 different sources. Bauer was $100 less than the next lowest bid. After talking further with them they gave me a better option on a hitch that saved me an additional $150! They installed it faster than promised and I was on my way in a little over an hour. Couldn’t be happier!

Last minute help
Needed a last minute hitch wiring install for a hitch so we could pull a trailer for the holidays. Shae (sp??) was super helpful and got the work done on Christmas Eve.

Good experience
I went to another place first and they messed up the wiring for the hitch. The tech clear explained everything and installed the lights correctly after repairing the damage. Very happy with the result.

Personable, Professional Service!
The Bauer crew did a great job with installing a trailer hitch on my vehicle. Shay took the time to explain the procedure and displayed genuine interest in any questions that I had. It was done in a timely manner. The cost turned out to be a little higher than I expected, but the customer service and professionalism overshadowed that.
