Quick, Efficient and Friendly Staff
Best Shop to go to when you are in a pinch! Told them exactly what my concerns were with my vehicle. Described that my butt was “tickling” when driving at fast speed and suspected that it was the rear brakes/rotors. I also heard a whistling noise coming from the passenger side and they said it was one of the belts. Told me to bring in the morning and I would have my car back before end of day! Everyone there is very friendly and knowledgeable . You are definitely in good hands when it comes to car repairs. I will now go to Bays Auto Repair & Collision Services for all my car needs. Great Experience!!!

Quick, friendly, efficient
When I called Bay's they told me right away that they could do the job that I needed and then I could get my truck towed there that day. They were able to take it in on a Friday and had it ready for me to pick up the following Wednesday. They worked easily with my insurance company, and the adjuster commented on just how friendly and helpful they were. I would recommend them over any body shop I've used!

Quick and friendly service
Alternator went out the night before and brought the car out right as they were opening. Got a quote within minutes and the car back earlier than they had planned.

By far the best shop, here's my story: My car was totaled in a hit and run by a drunk driver in the middle of the night while it was parked on the street. After filing a police report, and a claim with my insurance, I got it towed to Bay's and they took it in right away. Luckily, I was able to recover footage of the incident from a business who caught it on their camera. To my detriment, this would further complicate things. My insurance closed the claim I filed as they were able to find the policy holder of the other driver from the video evidence via license plate info. My insurance filed a claim with their insurance in light of this, National General (worst insurance company ever!). It took NG 3 days after the claim was filed to even look at it. By the it was the weekend, and Bay's still had my car racking up lot fees. After dragging their feet for 8 days, they finally picked up the car for inspection. Mind you, Bay's had already declared it totaled, took all the pictures and sent them to NG, and forwarded the fees. NG had the gall to ask for a discount on lot fees, which they didn't get. Tusha, the front desk person, is a champ. We kept in contact every day until the car was picked up, and was completely compassionate, understanding and transparent. She went out of her way to try and get NG to pick up my car and off their lot. Bay's deserves every penny from this company for how long they took and how hard it is to get a hold of them. I'm still dealing with this situation unfortunately, but I'm glad Bay's were able to keep my car for that long and that they didn't cave in to NG when negotiating fees. I don't think any other shop would have been willing to do all of that. I really appreciate these people a lot, and when I finally get a new car I'll be back.

Excellent Customer Service
This is the place. YOU WILL NOT regret anything, they are always quick to get you in, and give you constant updates on your vehicle. Their rates are excellent, and they remember you, which to me means a lot. I will ALWAYS use them, and recommend them to anyone who needs auto repair.

Very Impressive service and Friendly Staff
This shop has a neighborly, friendly vibe to it. That young lady/manager that works at the front desk is very welcoming and they got my car fixed quickly and were reasonably priced. I will definitely be going back and I can't say that for most mechanic shops.

Excellent body work!
My car rear taillight was hit and I had some quarter panel damage. Everyone I interacted with at Bay's was friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. They ordered the parts in advance and did the work in just two days!! Their communications were frequent so I knew what was happening. Absolutely recommend this business.

Needed side mirror replaced
I had a stellar experience at Bays auto. They were superbly friendly and told me exactly how much it was going to cost upfront, plus they got me in for an appointment for only two days later which is insane in Seattle. I bought my own side mirror off Amazon and just had them install it and it was so fast I was able to do it on my lunch break. Would recommend them to everyone!
