Efficient economic and all around “great service”.
I was referred to Beck Automotive by the Dodge dealership across the street. As they could not accommodate my request for service until late next week. I am from Sarasota, Fl. and have scheduled medical appointments the middle of next week, so it is imperative I have my vehicle serviced and move-on. My vehicle was towed into Beck’s with the help of a service manager it arrived, they managed to isolate the deficiencies get the parts perform the repairs and the following day I’m on my way. Thanks to Mr. Carrithers, who treated me with great respect and understanding Thank you very much.

Free Repair
I've used Beck Automotive for decades with excellent results. I recently towed my car to their shop after it lost power on the interstate. They quickly located a costly problem and notified me that the manufacturer had extended my warranty to cover the repair. I had no knowledge of the problem or warranty extension, but a quick check confirmed the repair would be covered at no cost at the dealership. Thank you Beck Automotive!

Top notch ! Place to take your vehicle with no worries!
I’m very particular about my vehicles. I found out at Becks Automotive in Franklin Indiana is that your mechanic is only as good as your service writer! Most service writers see you at the beginning and maybe the end of your visit. At Becks automotive your service writer is your go to, your updater, your parts finder, your commutator with the mechanic and the person that settles up with you once your vehicle is done.

Consistency

Oil Leak and Transmission Maintenance
1994 Chev Caprice had an oil leak and transmission seem sluggish. Trans serviced and better shifting. Becks mechanics do a great job on whatever they work on. I have been going there a number of year and very happy with them.
