The employees at Benner's Auto Body were courteous and respectful. The auto body work was done with high quality. Samantha and Alda were superb at customer service. I recommend Benner's with no hesitation.
The staff at Benners was friendly and helpful. They made the whole process go as smooth and easy as possible. I'm very happy with the repair work they did on my car. Looks good as new. Car came back nice and clean. The estimated completion date did get extended a few times, but I expected that. Overall, I'm very satisfied with the whole experience and wouldn't hesitate to use their services again if ever needed.
My repair was done in a timely manner and my car came back good as new. Everyone I interacted with throughout the process was very kind and courteous.

Dishonest Business and Horrible experience
I would never recommend Benner’s to anybody, very unprofessional and dishonest which is a major character flaw in any business. My car was the standard 2 week repair time. I was scheduled to pick up my car on Friday. I didn’t receive a call until Thursday afternoon that a wrong part came and now was on back order causing another 2 week delay, so now a total of 4 weeks, plus an additional $150 charge for the wrong part, still don’t understand how that was my concern. You can see from attachment the conversation. Standard coverage for rental car is 2 weeks keep in mind so now expenses out of my pocket. After the additional 2 weeks passed I personally had to reach out to find an update on my car !!! Part was still not in, adding another 2 weeks so a total of almost 6 weeks and 4 weeks additional rental car expense and when I asked for them to cover the $150 mistake they made, they refused saying the part was in back order which you can clearly see from the photo that is not the case !!!! Just bad business practice , dishonest, I am a single dad putting out more than $500 rental car fees for their mistake and they would not even own up to their mistake for a mere $150…..hope this review reaches thousands and they lose business !!!!!
Has a wonderful experience from the time that I made the appointment to the end. It was easy to drop off, rent a car from there and loved the updated text I received
From the reps at the front desk to the craftsmen in the workshop; I so appreciated their diligence and hard work.
It's nice to know the traditional American know-how and work ethic is still alive in some of our work places. Thank you!
