Jabari said he has worked with this business a couple of times. He asked about financing for the work to be done on the vehicle. He was told to go online and complete an application. Once it was complete, he was not provided any finance information regarding his approval. He didn't appreciate that he was not provided the financial information before they did the work and moved forward with the financial loan.

However, we recommend a finance company that specializes in car repair financing. We do not know about their procedures or methods We apologize for any misunderstanding.

I trust them with my vehicles, which is my livelihood
I think for most people, like me, their vehicle is their access to their livelihood. I use my vehicle to get to work, I use it to get my groceries, I use it to transport my family to the things we need to do whether that’s social events or doctors visits.

I’m not a car guy. For me, my dream car is one that’s paid off and runs well. The one I’m driving now is more than an decade old, and I’m happy with it. But I’m only happy with it because this place keeps it in top shape. At this point (150k+ miles), it needs love pretty frequently. Best Auto Repair is always there for me, they can always fit me in, they treat me right, and I’ll never feel like they’re pushy or gouging me. What the heck else are you looking for? This is the place.
