I was really disappointed to see your review after we diagnosed your car. As per your request, we went ahead and checked your vehicle because you were experiencing rough shifting. Upon inspection, we found metal shavings in the transmission. At that point, the only solution we could recommend was to replace the transmission. Any other solution would be temporary, and it's against the shop policy since we give a one-year warranty on the provided service.
I understand that from your perspective, it might seem like there could be other fixes. As a certified shop, we don't use products like anti-slip fluids or similar chemicals. Additionally, some people might suggest flushing the transmission fluid, but that comes with a 50/50 chance that the transmission might fail afterward.

Big D AutomotiveI'm sorry to say this, but you are not being truthful. Your father was very rude when he started threatening and cursing at my employees. You both need to learn that respect is a two-way street. We conduct our business professionally and ethically.
Yes, when you visited our shop, the brake line wasn't leaking; however, the problem stemmed from the lift kit you installed. The ball joint was rubbing against the brake line, which we demonstrated to you. Whenever you turned the wheel, it would rub against the line. We refused to proceed with any repairs because of the way you behaved and insulted our staff.
Lastly, you should be ashamed of yourself, especially since we assisted you before your departure and provided all the details on the invoice.
