Dependable, Friendly Service
We’ve brought our Toyota to Bigfoot 4 times in the year we have been in Cave Junction, for service ranging from oil changes to brakes and transmission service. The service has always been great and the staff friendly and helpful. Highly recommended!

Water pump
My van was losing coolant and it was discovered the water pump needed replacement. Set appointment and the van was done the day of the appointment. I was called when the van was ready and picked it up. The cost was $60 less then estimated.

Fantastic
I stopped by without an appointment at closing (I know I was that person) they took my car drove it around the block and looked at it for me. Told me what they thought and added it there appointments for the next day! They were kind and helpful thank you so much.

All went well. Took twice to solve, but understandably IMO

It was clear my Toyota Sequoia required a costly repair

Bigfoot shot straight with me and we worked through it

Final cost was reasonable and my vehicle runs excellent again

Amazing service!!
I trust these people with the cars my 6 month old is in!! They are amazing people and wonderful mechanics and when we have to move they are gonna be one of the biggest cons of not being in southern Oregon!!

Honest , thorough and professional
The guys at Bigfoot auto are great. I brought my truck in to have injectors , timing belt and waterpump replaced and a few other things fixed as well.
They did a great job and had it done fast.
I'll be coming back in a week to have them put a clutch in.
10 out of ten , I definitely recommend

I am an 85 year old retired auto body repair man and auto painter.
I have been in the auto industry my entire life.i know who is good at auto repair whether it's mechanical or body work . Everyone at Bigfoot Auto is highly recommended by me
They are honest,very respectful and have knowledge to fix anything. They have even given me a ride home and picked me back up while my auto was disabled. These guys are great in every aspect. You will not
