Routine Service on CRV
I had our Honda CRV scheduled for an oil change and tire rotation. During the complimentary alignment check, it appeared that rear alignment was out of spec. I gave the OK to perform the alignment. Upon further inspection, it was found that alignment was NOT needed. Hollis and his team were honest and DID NOT perform and charge us for unnecessary alignment.

Tire repair
Had a screw in my front tire and they fit me in. The tire wasn't able to be repaired due to wear on the tread so I left with 2 new front tires. They took the time to explain why the tire couldn't be repaired and also took the time to check the other tires for wear. Quick turn around and hassle free!

Great friendly service
At Bill Bowers they care about the safety of your vehicle. They suggest upcoming maintenance needs so there are no surprises. Their labor charges are reasonable. I don’t think the techs receive commission for the services they sell like at some dealerships.

Multiple Services
Bill Bowers performed multiple services on my Ford F-150 pickup truck. It has 120,000 miles on it so I wanted to have some well-needed service done. Everything was done very professionally, and was done on time. Most importantly, my pickup has a surprisingly large increase in power and response. I had forgotten how well it was supposed to perform. Thank you very much for a job well done!

Worked me in for a nail in my tire.
I presented with a nail in my tire. they gave me a loaner vehicle because they couldn’t do the work right away. They also fitted me in the following morning for a change of my transfer case oil.
No complaints!
