Oil Change
We took our 2021 Hyundai in for the regular oil change. Their front counter guys are so hospitable. We enjoyed even waiting at the counter. It is really nice to have the water and juice bar available when waiting in the customer lounge. I particularly enjoyed the video of them servicing our vehicle. I have often wondered "what goes on back there?" I was glad the tech guy explained why he did not rotate the tires. We were also wondering about the condition of our cabin air filter--which we were shown on the video! Great service.

If I could give them 0 I would
Every dam car I've ever bought has either transmission went out or never lasted very long. They do not check there used inventory out . I onky got a 14000 coverage and my transmission went our I'm stuck only had ut a year now no way to work. I've had my car there twice they can never find nothing wrong . Now I'm just screwed. I'll send my car back not paying for junk no more. So Buyers BEWARE do not buy from them

Polar opposite experience this service
Waited to get checked in while attendants basically ignored me standing there.
Waited in lobby more than 50 minutes until car was returned to parking lot.
Received a text (even though I was in waiting room) of an urgent need to replace my cabin air filter for ~$100!, Needless to say, I denied...
Waited in line for cashiers while they stumbled all over another customer (she)
Got in car and found big black smudge marks on glove box (removed to check my cabin filter)
Went back in and told service personnel and they pushed complaint person to person behind counter
Waited in car and no one came out within a few minutes so left.
Not my idea of good service.
Received phone call after leaving stating that they would clean the smudges, too late wasted enough time there...
Told person I asked for a oil change not a cabin filter change, was told that is part of multi-point inspection although never happened before. Just checked and that cabin filter costs $10.99 at autozone.
Hopefully this will help them improve their service because I'm not sure I will return.

Blaise simply takes care of people (not Blaise Dodge, stay away from there). They were under no obligation to help me, but they did in a big way and I am grateful. You always feel like a VIP when you go there.

Unreal
I was told that a vehicle was available for me to come look at. I live over 100 miles away. I called before I left my house at 3 p.m. to make sure car was still available. Spoke to a woman in the sales department and she said it was fine to come. After arriving there they told me "oops, somebody was supposed to call you." Apparently they got the wrong number. No cars available. Unreal experience. I would not do business with them. Just a word of caution.

The ENTIRE staff at Blaise Alexander Hyundai are "Top Notch" Very fast, work done correctly. my car is ALWAYS washed before returning to me. Alex does a GREAT job washing my car.
