Fix my vehicle.
All the staff at Marathon were excellent in their expertise and their help and fixing my vehicle. Gary and Mark are very very knowledgeable and couldn’t be more kind. They offered rides to and from Shop, which is a great help.

All the work done on my vehicle was done with excellence and I have found that I can’t trust them to do what they say they have done.
I took my vehicle into be inspected before a long trip. The crew at Marathon identified several issues and remedied them. They explain to me what the issues were and showed me what was needing replaced. When I got the vehicle back, it was like driving a new car. My vehicle is older and I can trust Bloomfield Marathon to keep it running like new. The biggest thing is, I can trust them

Quick, reasonable and personal
I have been delivering here for years, my daughters car needed an alignment so I went to Belle tire near me and they couldn’t do it bc of other worn out parts. Next time I was there Mark said come in for a free second opinion. They talked father to father with me and fixed only what was necessary bc my daughter was on a budget and gave me a timeline as to what to fix first and second when she got more money. (Teachable moment) They took the time to answer all my questions were quick and professional. BTW I live in Farmington Hills. Worth the drive.

I don’t call around anymore. I just call Bloomfield Marathon. Period.
Once again, Mark and Gary came through in a big way. One day my car is fine, the next day I started it up, it started sputtering and multiple engine lights are showing up. I almost wanted to cry. I was very nervous as I took my child to school that morning.

As soon as I got home, I called Bloomfield Marathon. Gary told me to bring it in around lunch time. I dropped it off, nervously waiting for the phone call. 30 min later, Mark calls and tells me what’s wrong. It was several items compounded together by the cold weather. I thought, this will take days to fix as my car is already 12 yrs old (so parts are not readily available). Mark said, we can have it done late afternoon. I was shocked.

I trust Mark & Gary enough that there is no need to call around anymore. The work is always high quality and the prices ALWAYS beat the dealer. I agreed and 3 hrs later (2 hrs faster than I thought) my car was ready.

I was back on the road in enough time to pick up my daughter from school. I was so happy.

Mark/Gary, thank you for everything.

Forget going to the Dealer for service….long waits and expensive add-ons. These guys get the job done efficiently without a lot of extra hassle. A throwback to the old Service Stations 50 years ago.
