Mary said Bobby B and Tom helped out. They were wonderful. The customer service was excellent. The girl at the front desk arranged the rental car. They cleaned the vehicle, heated it up for when she picked it up. Customer service was over the top. Great staff.

Poor customer service
I was in a 3 car accident and no one was hurt which is most important!
The insurance company had Nucor as a recommended shop so we went there. The work was done well and it took a month which is not bad!
We are happy with the work that was completed on the car but not with the customer service.
I had to reach out to our advisor.
I did get text messages from Nucor keeping me up to date but the completion date stated was not accurate. I called on this date and Michelle, my advisor, said it was not ready and she would find out more information and call the next day.
She did not so I called and spoke with Bob Brown , the manager. He was very derogatory with his statements and not helpful. He basically said that what I stated could not be true. He also said that “maybe” the car would be ready the next week.
My husband called the next day and was called “Sir” and spoke to in a respectful manner. Bob actually looked into the matter and got back to my husband stating the car would be ready later the day.

Carlo said he was treated great. His vehicle wasn't ready on time originally because of the insurance provider pushing the time out. There was a part that was ordered as well that came in broken and it pushed things back by an extra week. They did a good job and his vehicle looks better than it did before.
